Spray the inside to the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
Salt and pepper 6-8 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts and place in the pot. (easy on the salt) Frozen chicken breasts work great too!
Add to the chicken:
1 Dry package Italian Salad Dressing mixed in 1/2 cup water (pour over uncooked chicken)
2 Tbsp (add to raw chicken with the Italian dressing
Cook on low for 5 – 6 hours.
Once chicken is thoroughly cooked, add 1 8oz box Cream Cheese and cook for 10-15 more minutes. Once Cream Cheese is completely melted in, shred the chicken or cut into bite sized pieces.
Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
