Chili Relleno Casserole

1 pound ground beef (seasoned with Taco Seasoning)
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 – 4oz. cans whole green chili
6 to 8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup flour
4 beaten eggs
dash of hot sauce

Brown seasoned meat and onions. Drain off extra fat. Layer in 8″ x 8″ square casserole dish: green chili, cheese, meat mixture and more green chili.

Put remaining ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour over layers in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes (or until knife comes out clean in middle of dish).
This recipe can be easily doubled and put in 9″ x 13″ baking pan.
