Jan’s Meatballs

In large bowl mix the following ingredients with your hands (remove rings first!)
2 lbs ground beef (Ground sausage or ground turkey can be substituted for a portion, but beef needs to be more than half of mixture)
3 eggs
2 T Worchestershire sauce
2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2/3 cup finely chopped onions
1 T Italian Seasoning
1 T Montreal Seasoning
1 t chopped rosemary (optional)

Roll mixture into balls about the size of large walnuts. Fry in large fry pan with a few drops of olive oil, keeping balls from touching if possible. Start out with pan fairly hot, rolls balls around to brown all sides. Then lower heat and cover pan and let meatballs simmer for 10 to 15 minutes more. If you have more meatballs to cook, empty pan and start over again frying hot and then simmering after meatballs have been browned.

(It usually takes me a couple of pan loads to cook all these meatballs.) Meatballs can then be frozen or used with in the next day or two.
