1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup oatmeal
1 egg
1 T worchestershire sauce
1 t each of salt & pepper ( can use seasoning salt instead of regular )
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Prep: In large mixing bowl mix all ingredients with hands. Pat into loaf and place in pan.

Baste with Ketchup Coating:
Mix following ingredients together and use for basting
1/2 cup Ketchup
1 T packed brown sugar
1/4 t onion powder
Bake basted meatloaf for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees in oven.
