Pizza Crust

In stand mixer with dough attachment:
1 cup plus 2 TBS warm water
1  1/2 TBS Olive Oil (EVOO)
3  1/3 cup flour
1  1/2 tsp each of salt, sugar & yeast
Do not over mix. Once dough is combined and balling up, spray a bowl with olive oil cooking spray. Place dough ball in the bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area.

Once dough has doubled in size, punch down and place on floured surface.
Roll out dough as flat as possible and put on slightly oiled pizza pan. .
Makes one very large pizza or a regular and one small pizza.
After ingredients for topping are placed, put pizza in hot oven (425 degrees) and bake for about 15 minutes, checking after 12 minutes so that not to burn.

While dough is rising, cut up ingredients ready to put on pizza before placing in the oven.

Using Bread Machine:
1 cup plus 2 TBS warm water
1 1/2 TBS Olive Oil (EVOO)

1 1/2 tsp each of salt, sugar & yeast
Put in bread machine, in the above order on the dough cycle.
Roll out dough as flat as possible and put on slightly oiled pizza pan. .
