Dinner Rolls

Proof your Yeast…
In a small, plastic bowl combine:
1/4 cup Warm Water
1 Tblsp Sugar
1 Package ( 2 1/2 tsp ) Dry Active Yeast
Set aside.

Mix:
1 Cup Whole Milk ( Do not use less than 2% )
1 Tblsp Sugar
2 Eggs ( room temp )
6 Tblsp Butter ( room temp )
2 tsp Salt ( or Sea Salt )
Add Yeast mixture

Slowly add in:
4 1/2 Cups Flour

If you dont have a standing mixer with
a dough blade, knead by hand for 5-7 minutes.
The dough should be soft but not sticky.
( Use flour to knead and keep it soft )

Spray a large bowl and place dough inside.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm
spot, to let rise. approx an hour.

Punch down and roll out onto clean, lightly
floured work surface.
Cut dough in half. Cut each half into 8 equal pieces.
Roll into balls and place into prepared pans.
Cover and let them rise until Puffy.

Beat an Egg and lightly brush over dough balls.
Bake 375
22 – 28 minutes
