One sliced baguette loaf (about 1/3 “), slightly buttered
Broil buttered baguette slices in oven on cookie sheet covered with foil until slightly golden brown.
Mix small container of artichoke dip (found in Deli dept or Costco)
Add approximately 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
Add approximately 1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Diced jalapeños (optional)
Spread 1 heaping TBS artichoke mixture on each slice of toasted baguette
Return to broiler long enough to warm and melt cheese mixture
Cheese mixture can be mixed and left in refrigerator for a week or so. I made these for a Sun City Dinner Party (where they all are good cooks!!) and everyone wanted the recipe.
