Green Chili Squares

Three 4oz cans diced green chilies,with juice
2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Splash of Hot sauce
6 eggs, beaten
(One option is to add fried crushed bacon or crumbles sausage when making large squares for breakfast.)

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.  Spray 12 x 8 inch baking pan with cooling spray.
Spread out the diced green chilies evenly on the bottom of dish.  Mix the grated cheeses together and spread evenly over green chilies.
Add salt, pepper and hot sauce to the 6 beaten eggs.  Pour over eggs and cheese.  Pat down with back of spoon.
Bake for 45 minutes in preheated oven.  Allow to sit for 10 minutes before cutting.  Serve warm.
Makes about 24 small pieces for appetizers, or 6 large pieces for breakfast.
