Wheat Bread

Bake 350 Degrees
30 – 35 minutes
Makes 2 Loaves

Proof Yeast –
3/4 cup warm water
1 Tbl Sugar
2 Tbl Dry Active Yeast

In Mixer, combine:
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/3 cup Honey
1 Tbl Sea Salt
2 Tbl Molasses
2 cup Hot water ( not boiling hot )

Add – 2 cup Wheat Flour
Add – proofed yeast
Add – 4 cups Wheat Flour
Add – 1/2 to 1 cup White Flour
as needed to ball up.

Place ball of dough in sprayed large bowl.
Cover and let rise in warm area.
Spray loaf pans.
Punch down dough and divide in half.
put flour on counter and shape dough into loaves.
gently press down into pans and bake.

* For added flavor, rub butter on the top of the
bread loaves after baking *
