German Chocolate Frosting

3 egg yolks (beat and set aside)
On medium heat on the stove top, melt 1 stick melted butter and 1 can evaporated milk. Whisk in the egg yolks.

Add the following dry ingredients:
1 TBS flour
1 cup sugar
dash of salt
Once the above ingredients become creamy, add nuts and coconut. Cook until thick, stirring constantly over medium heat on stove. Add vanilla and cool partially before spreading onto cooled cake.

Stir in and cool until warm:
2 cups shredded coconut
1/3 cup pecans
1/4 tsp vanilla
