3 cups Sugar
3/4 cups Butter
5 oz can Evaporated Milk
In a 3 quart saucepan, Heat Sugar, Butter to a full
rolling boil. Stir Constantly. Boil until candy
thermometor reaches 234 Degrees F.
Remove from heat.
Stir in the following until melted:
1 1/2 pkg ( 12 squares ) BAKERS Semi-Sweet
baking chocolate
1 Jar ( 7 oz ) Marshmellow Creme
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Chopped Walnuts
Spread immediately in foil lined, 9 inch square pan.
Cool at least 4 hours.
Makes about 3 lbs
